Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU and French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. This legal right applies regardless of the commercial conditions below, and cannot be reduced or limited by TharryStore.
To exercise it, simply tell us in a clear statement — an email to tharrystore@gmail.com is enough. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you are not obliged to.
Note: pierced jewelry and earrings may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once unsealed, for hygiene reasons (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Returning the Item
After informing us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the item back (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using your original payment method. As permitted by Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, we may wait until we have received the item back, or until you provide proof that you have sent it — whichever comes first. No fee is charged for the refund, and we do not add any inspection step before refunding.
Original shipping fees are refunded together with the price of the item, at the rate of our standard delivery option.
Payment Methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Cartes Bancaires, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and USDC (stablecoin, processed through Shopify Payments).
Commercial Return Conditions
Separately from your statutory rights above, to be eligible for our commercial return policy the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity & Hidden Defects
Separately from this commercial return policy, every product benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years, Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). These statutory guarantees are free of charge and are not limited by the conditions above.
Order Changes
If you wish to modify or cancel your order before it ships, contact us as soon as possible. Orders already in processing may not be modifiable. This does not affect your 14-day statutory withdrawal right after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please tell us as soon as you can — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — and send clear photos or videos of the issue. This is a request for prompt notification, not a deadline: reporting later does not affect your statutory rights, which last 2 years from delivery under the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code). We will offer a replacement or a full refund, free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept commercial returns for used products, pierced earrings once unsealed, or products damaged by misuse. This does not affect your statutory legal guarantee for defective items.
