3. Products
All products available on TharryStore are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations or errors may occur and shall not engage the seller’s liability.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (€), including taxes (TTC). TharryStore reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
5. Orders
Any order placed on this website implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale. An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available on the website: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and USDC (a stablecoin, processed through Shopify Payments). All prices are charged in Euros; where a payment is made in USDC, the amount is converted at the rate shown at checkout. The methods available to you are displayed at checkout.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. We currently ship to France only.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after processing.
Shipping is free on all orders within France. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout, and no minimum order value is required.
TharryStore cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason and without penalty.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (email to tharrystore@gmail.com). This statutory right is separate from, and not limited by, any commercial return policy referenced elsewhere on this site.
Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (this may apply to earrings and other pierced jewelry).
9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity & Hidden Defects
Independently of the commercial return policy, all products benefit from the following statutory guarantees under French law:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code): for 2 years from delivery, you may request repair, replacement, or a refund if the product is defective or does not conform to the contract, free of charge.
- Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code): you may return a product and choose between a refund or a price reduction if it has a hidden defect that makes it unfit for its intended use.

10. Returns (Commercial Policy)
Independently of your statutory rights above, to be eligible for our commercial return policy, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. 11. Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, we refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. As permitted by Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, we may wait until we have received the item back, or until you provide proof that you have sent it — whichever comes first. No fee is charged for the refund.
12. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please tell us as soon as you can — ideally within 48 hours of delivery — and send clear photos or videos. This is a request for prompt notification, not a deadline: reporting later does not affect your statutory rights, which last 2 years from delivery (Article 9 above). We will offer a replacement or a full refund, free of charge.
13. Liability
TharryStore shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase of products, except in cases of gross negligence or as otherwise provided by mandatory law.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
